　　托馬斯·普格爾（Thomas Pugel）經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)博士，美國(guó)紐約大學(xué)斯特恩商學(xué)院經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)與國(guó)際商務(wù)教授，主要研究和著作領(lǐng)域?yàn)閲?guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、政府的國(guó)際貿(mào)易政策和產(chǎn)業(yè)政策。1991年榮獲紐約大學(xué)杰出教學(xué)獎(jiǎng)，兩次被斯特恩商學(xué)院評(píng)選為“年度教授”。
