　　中國是世界上的發(fā)展中國家，而非洲是發(fā)展中國家集中的大陸，中非從來是都是命運共同體。面對新的國際形勢以及中非雙方各自的發(fā)展任務，中非雙方都有進一步加強磋商與合作、共同應對新世紀挑戰(zhàn)的強烈愿望。因此，中非合作論壇在2000年應運而生。論壇至今已經(jīng)成功舉辦了７屆部長級會議和３屆峰會，為中非雙方提供了一個務實合作的平臺，使得中非合作變得更加機制化和經(jīng)?；?。在論壇的推動下，中非關系進入了快速、全面發(fā)展的時期，中非合作的領域不斷拓寬，各領域的合作達到了前所未有的歷史新高度。本報告試圖在總結(jié)中非合作論壇發(fā)展20年的經(jīng)驗基礎上，深入分析其在新的歷史條件下所面臨的機遇與挑戰(zhàn)，對中非合作論壇的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提出政策建議，發(fā)揮智庫學者資政與服務社會的作用。

作者簡介

　　張忠祥，上海師范大學非洲研究中心主任、教授、博士生導師。兼任中國亞非學會副會長、中國非洲史研究會副會長，肯尼亞肯雅塔大學訪問學者，多次訪問非洲。主要研究領域為非洲歷史與中非關系，出版《尼赫魯外交研究》《中非合作論壇研究》和《列國志·馬里》等著作，發(fā)表學術論文六十余篇。主持完成國家社科基金重點項目1項，主持完成省部級項目9項。2003年、2008年獲浙江省哲學社會科學優(yōu)秀成果獎（著作類）三等獎，2016年獲外交部中非聯(lián)合研究交流計劃成果優(yōu)秀獎。詹世明，中國社會科學院西亞非洲研究所《西亞非洲》編輯部主任、副研究員，兼任中國亞非學會秘書長、中國非洲史研究會理事。主要研究方向為非洲政治、安全和區(qū)域組織發(fā)展問題。主要著述有《非洲經(jīng)濟圈與中國企業(yè)》（合著，2001年）、《中國和世界主要經(jīng)濟體與非洲經(jīng)貿(mào)合作研究》（合著，2012年）、《應對氣候變化：非洲的立場與關切》（論文，2009年）、《非洲統(tǒng)一組織在非洲一體化中的歷史作用》（論文，2013年）等。陶陶，1992年生，上海師范大學非洲研究中心博士生。主要研究方向為非洲法語國家研究和中非關系。參與了《列國志·剛果共和國》的編寫和《非洲民間故事》的翻譯。曾赴剛果（布）馬利安·恩古瓦比大學孔子學院任漢語教師志愿者。曾擔任法語翻譯赴幾內(nèi)亞、貝寧執(zhí)行農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部的中非農(nóng)業(yè)合作項目。
