國(guó)際網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全治理的中國(guó)方案（阿拉伯文）

　　中國(guó)從“接入”互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的*天起，就成為推進(jìn)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)全球普及與應(yīng)用、積極參與網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間國(guó)際治理的重要力量，其中不僅有理念的輸出，更有實(shí)踐的推進(jìn)，二者相輔相承，共同構(gòu)成中國(guó)參與網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間國(guó)際治理的路線圖。尤其是隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)與應(yīng)用“雙刃劍”作用的日益顯現(xiàn)，當(dāng)前網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間治理在追求“發(fā)展”與“安全”的平衡過(guò)程中，不得不將治理重心更多地向網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全治理傾斜。在此過(guò)程中，中國(guó)全方位、多渠道地參與了相關(guān)治理進(jìn)程，與國(guó)際社會(huì)各方一道共同探索有效治理的路徑與方案，共同致力于“和平、安全、開放、合作、有序”的網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間建設(shè)。In China and Cybersecurity， the authors summarize China’s efforts to work with other countries in promoting the reform of the international cyberspace governance system with a view to establishing a safe， open， and cooperative cyberspace， and building a multilateral， democratic， and transparent framework for global Internet management. The book also covers China’s involvement in the formulation of related international regulations， hosting the World Internet Conference， and raising the awareness of cybersecurity among Chinese netizens.
