本書(shū)是國(guó)務(wù)院新聞辦公室2020年3月13日發(fā)表的人權(quán)報(bào)告，對(duì)美國(guó)侵犯人權(quán)的狀況進(jìn)行揭露。報(bào)告分為序言、公民權(quán)利和政治權(quán)利有名無(wú)實(shí)、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)權(quán)利缺乏基本保障、少數(shù)族裔飽受欺凌排斥、婦女面臨嚴(yán)重歧視與暴力、弱勢(shì)群體處境艱難、移民遭受非人道對(duì)待、肆意踐踏他國(guó)人權(quán)，全文約2萬(wàn)字。 Consisting of foreword and seven chapters， it detailed facts on human rights violations in the United States relevant to civil and political rights， social and economic rights， discrimination suffered by ethnic minorities， discrimination and violence against women， living conditions of vulnerable groups， and abuses suffered by migrants， as well as US violations of human rights in other countries.
