　　“外國(guó)人在中國(guó)”系列叢書取材于央視4 套《外國(guó)人在中國(guó)》欄目。該欄目是中央電視臺(tái)中文國(guó)際頻道（CCTV-4）于2013 年2 月25 日起推出的以外國(guó)人為主體的紀(jì)實(shí)性專題節(jié)目。書中紀(jì)錄了外國(guó)人在中國(guó)的學(xué)習(xí)、工作和生活，生動(dòng)地反映中國(guó)豐富多彩的傳統(tǒng)文化，也折射出當(dāng)代中國(guó)的發(fā)展變化和開放包容的文化氛圍。書中的人物與故事為中外文化交流搭建起一座橋梁。 “Foreigner in China”Series takes material from the feature program “Foreigners in China” of CCTV 4. This program was firstly aired in February 25， 2013， and it’s the first documentary program focused on how foreigners learn， work and live in China. The book series reflects not only Chinese traditional culture and inclusively open atmosphere， but also exhibits the development and tremendous changes taken place in contemporary China. They are obsessed with them and come afar to China to learn them. In pursuit， many have home in this alien land. From the view of foreigners， this book tells how they learn Chinese traditional art in China.
