李璞穎，先后獲得鄭州航空工業(yè)管理學院管理學學士學位、英國皇家農(nóng)業(yè)大學文學碩士學位、考文垂大學哲學博士學位，主要研究中國建筑企業(yè)國際競爭力，具備工程管理、企業(yè)管理和經(jīng)濟學專業(yè)知識。發(fā)表外文會議論文兩篇，獨立作者英文專著（The Quality of Successors and Leadership Style of Chinese Family Businesses）一部和章節(jié)作者英文專著（Construction Firm's Competitiveness）一部。曾到奧地利、土耳其、德國和荷蘭等國進行學術交流。
