  《木質(zhì)纖維素預(yù)處理及其高值化應(yīng)用》為英文版,共四章,主要介紹了弱堿性預(yù)處理對酶促水解過程中脫木質(zhì)素和糖轉(zhuǎn)化的影響,對幾種典型的木質(zhì)纖維素原料進行了碳酸鈉(Na2CO3)、綠液(Na2CO3+Na2S)和亞硫酸鹽+甲醛(Na2SO3+HCHO)的預(yù)處理。同時也從機理方面,研究了木質(zhì)素結(jié)構(gòu)對底物酶解糖化的影響。另外,還介紹了利用內(nèi)切葡聚糖酶處理和機械法處理聯(lián)合制備纖維素納米纖維(CNF)的相關(guān)內(nèi)容。 《木質(zhì)纖維素預(yù)處理及其高值化應(yīng)用》可供從事新能源、化工、生物工程、材料及相關(guān)學科的研究人員和技術(shù)人員閱讀,也可供高等院校相關(guān)專業(yè)師生參考或作為教學參考用書。

作者簡介

  谷峰,鹽城工學院,講師,教學: 新入職,輔教《化工熱力學》、《化工設(shè)備機械基礎(chǔ)》。 科研: 主要研究方向:木質(zhì)纖維資源化學及高值化產(chǎn)品開發(fā) 主持南京林業(yè)大學優(yōu)博基金項目“禾草細胞壁全溶體系及木質(zhì)素分離與表征(2011YB001, 60萬元)”, 參與國家973計劃課題“生物質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化為高值化材料的基礎(chǔ)科學問題”(2010CB732200),2010.01-2014.12;國家自然科學基金項目“木質(zhì)素結(jié)構(gòu)對木質(zhì)纖維素高聚糖的影響與作用機制”,2011.01-2013.12;
