主題售樓處

　　《主題售樓處》內(nèi)容為：售樓處對各種資源的利用和整合，有時(shí)候是一種夸張不和諧的形式，有時(shí)候是一種退隱的形式。如：武漢解放公園里的同溫層售樓處，當(dāng)然它都是密切地和某種夸張的或者隱退的占有欲聯(lián)系在一起。在這里建筑的形式不重要．重要的是最大化的整合資源，重要的是如何認(rèn)識一種存在于售樓處周圍的資源，以及如何去利用這些資源。無論是策略的、功利的、還是精神的，售樓處的形式是千變?nèi)f化的，空間和非空間的概念在售樓處里并區(qū)分不是明顯的，它是一種物質(zhì)形式的堆砌，同時(shí)也是一種精神的平面痕跡。它的功能是確定的?？墒撬男问绞菄@著這些功能的，不斷廣告、創(chuàng)造、夸張和急切實(shí)現(xiàn)。售樓處是一種環(huán)境的重新設(shè)計(jì)，它是一種粘貼在環(huán)境里，也可以任意從這個(gè)環(huán)境當(dāng)中撕下，它是一種環(huán)境的精神形式，同時(shí)不完全屬于環(huán)境，它與另一種方式，它以一種沾沾自喜地方式，讓環(huán)境和自我產(chǎn)生一種新的認(rèn)識形式。它即可以附著在環(huán)境外面，也可以存在于環(huán)境里面，在平樂園售樓處下面，售樓處建在了一段時(shí)期內(nèi)不能拆迂的居民區(qū)里，它以某種經(jīng)濟(jì)行為，把周邊建筑的內(nèi)部與外部的空間融合到整個(gè)售樓處的設(shè)計(jì)形式里。城市記憶被牢固地鎖在了未來新居住建筑的銷售里。售樓處更多的是和一種正在建設(shè)中的工地聯(lián)系在一起，混亂是它天生的品質(zhì)，混亂也是它強(qiáng)烈的對比物。它需要迅速將這種混亂濃縮為一種對未來看好的一種期許形式，它的設(shè)計(jì)沒有章法隨時(shí)改變，并根據(jù)人們不斷變化的欲望而變化著。

　　主題工作室（IDEA STUDIO） 既“北京主題建筑設(shè)計(jì)咨詢有限公司”，是由多名享有盛譽(yù)的青年建筑師、景觀規(guī)劃師、室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)師、平面設(shè)計(jì)師、當(dāng)代藝術(shù)家；哲學(xué)家、地產(chǎn)策劃人等多種學(xué)科組成的聯(lián)合設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)，積極從事著都市人文主義的實(shí)現(xiàn)。針對不同的項(xiàng)目，主題工作室設(shè)四個(gè)方面的專業(yè)工作室：建筑及規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)工作室、景觀設(shè)計(jì)工作室、室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)工作室、當(dāng)代藝術(shù)工作室及一份學(xué)術(shù)刊物：《主題先行》。主題工作室將當(dāng)代藝術(shù)與工程技術(shù)的整合力做為工作核心、堅(jiān)持用當(dāng)代藝術(shù)的觀念、結(jié)合全新的建筑科技解決當(dāng)前的環(huán)境空間問題，注重橫向思維，追求創(chuàng)新，以開放的態(tài)度完成每一件作品。公司自2001年11月成立以來完成了一系列主題景區(qū)規(guī)劃、社區(qū)整體設(shè)計(jì)，其中緯度建筑設(shè)計(jì)是近年來重點(diǎn)，文化藝術(shù)、空間環(huán)境整體設(shè)計(jì)等方面完成了一系列博物館、藝術(shù)中心、海洋主題館、老工業(yè)環(huán)境再生策劃和改造等，并組織策劃了國內(nèi)當(dāng)代藝術(shù)、城市文化、建筑藝術(shù)、景觀藝術(shù)等方面的研討交流活動(dòng)。主題機(jī)構(gòu)奉行主題先行的原則進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)化的創(chuàng)作與設(shè)計(jì)。立足中國客觀現(xiàn)實(shí)，發(fā)掘整合項(xiàng)目最大化資源，提取項(xiàng)目所蘊(yùn)含的增益“基因”，確定明確的主題。以此為指導(dǎo)進(jìn)行誠實(shí)的設(shè)計(jì)，追求項(xiàng)目強(qiáng)烈的可識別性。尤其是針對當(dāng)下的國際化的均質(zhì)化環(huán)境。“基因”的建筑藝術(shù)化轉(zhuǎn)換貫穿在藝術(shù)、技術(shù)、工藝與材料的實(shí)施和運(yùn)用中，研究實(shí)現(xiàn)，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題核心，個(gè)性化解決。主題先行使項(xiàng)目在立項(xiàng)之初就將項(xiàng)目的各項(xiàng)工作和環(huán)節(jié)全方位平行的置放于當(dāng)下的市場環(huán)境當(dāng)中，每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)連貫運(yùn)行、始終如一。我們篤信：作品只有具備了最適宜差異性、具備了品質(zhì)才能形成創(chuàng)造項(xiàng)目品牌的基礎(chǔ)。為項(xiàng)目的綜合價(jià)值創(chuàng)造提供強(qiáng)有力的支持。Idea studio is the abbreviation for Beijing Idea International Architectural Design Consulting Co.， Ltd. It is a united design institution staffed by famous young experts in a variety of disciplines， such as architects， landscape designers， indoor designers， plain designers， avant-garde artists， philosophers， estate planners. It has set up four professional studios， including construction planning studio， landscape studio， indoor studio and contemporary art studio， and one academic periodical， namely， Idea First.Focusing on horizontal thinking， Idea Studio resolves the current environmental space problems by combination of contemporary culture， contemporary art perception and up to date architectural technology， and completes each work with open-minded attitude. Since November 2001， Idea Studio has done a series of work in property sales offices in scenic spot planning， community mansions and estate projects， as well as in the layout of surroundings， reconstruction of cultural artistic room and design of landscape gardening. It also organized， schemed and participated in seminars on domestic contemporary arts， urban culture， architectural arts and landscape arts.In pursuit of the principle of Idea First， Idea Studio and its related organizations implemented systematic innovation and design， stand at the foot of China’s reality， explore utmost resource for the project， withdraw the Gene out of the project for revenue， ascertain the main theme， carry out honest design under the main theme and adhere to a strong sense of identification， especially in the current social environment. Idea First has enabled all steps of the project in persistence and smoothness at the beginning of the project-establishment， and led the artistic transit of the Gene across the implementation and application of technology， technique and materials with its expression under the principle of highly honesty. Idea First is to seek the best starting point， investigate the reality， find problems and individual solutions. We all believe that only a piece of work has the most agreeable difference， can it be called to have good quality， and thus to form the basis for project branding.
